Thanks for purchasing our products at MaxxMMA.


We design MaxxMMA products to help you train better, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’re got you covered. You may return any item (some exceptions apply) purchased from www.maxxmma.com (MaxxMMA) for refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days, provided the item is unused/unwashed and in its original packaging. Only items purchased from MaxxMMA can be returned through this process.


RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

  • Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned, such as custom products.
  • Free Gifts or Promotional Items with retail value.
  • Some MaxxMMA products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please check the label, hang tag, or warranty card for details and return information.

EASY RETURNS:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the MaxxMMA Customer Service team.

QUICK EXCHANGES:

  • Please click HERE to start your exchanges and follow the instructions.
  • For exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. MaxxMMA will pay cost of shipping the replacement merchandise.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY COMPLETE DETAILS:

  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased with final actual paid amount, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. MaxxMMA reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to MaxxMMA prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
  • For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. MaxxMMA will pay cost for shipping of the replacement merchandise.
  • MaxxMMA cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. MaxxMMA Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
  • Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through www.maxxmma.com (MaxxMMA) cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.

Note for International Customers:

Please contact us at MaxxMMA Customer Service for all warranty/return/exchange inquires, due to the unique restrictions, costs and logistics involved with each country, these are processed on a case by case basis. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. All international returns and exchanges are at MaxxMMA’s discretion. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as MaxxMMA cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
