MaxxMMA Product Quality Assurance Clause
In order to let you fully enjoy the convenience and joy brought by MaxxMMA products,
we provide you with convenient and complete quality assurance clauses as follows:
1.Sandbag products have a two-year warranty for the inner liner and one year for the outer bag
Within two years after the consumer receives the product, the inner liner of sandbag products can be repaired or replaced free of charge if the inner liner of sandbag products is damaged due to the product's own quality or manufacturing defects.
Within one year after the consumer receives the product, the outer bag of sandbag products can be repaired or replaced free of charge if the outer bag of the sandbag product is damaged due to the product's own quality or manufacturing defects.
2.One year warranty for speed ball and ball rack products
Within one year after the consumer receives the product, any damage to speedball products caused by the product's own quality or manufacturing defects can enjoy free repair or replacement services.
3.Other products warranty for 30 days
Within 30 days after the consumer receives the product, except for sandbags, speed balls, ball racks, other products that are damaged due to the product's quality or manufacturing defects, they can enjoy free repair or replacement services.
4.Within 7 days after the consumer receives the product, the consumer can enjoy a return service for no reason by including the product purchase number.
Within seven days after the consumer receives the product, it is necessary to ensure that the original product and accessories are complete and packaged in the original box. After MaxxMMA has tested and confirmed that it will not affect the second sale, a free refund or replacement will be given.
5.The coverage of this quality assurance clause does not include the following problems or damages, and the right of authentication and interpretation belongs to the MaxxMMA brand:
1.Accident, abuse, improper use or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly.
2.Improper operation or maintenance, failure to assemble and failure to use in accordance with product instructions.
3.Failures caused by natural disasters, human factors, pests and mice, and public disasters.
4.Being use in inappropriate places and inappropriate ways.
5.Failure to read and follow all instructions in details, failure to comply with the maintenance, advice, and warnings that already exist.
